     Tuberous sclerosis (TSC), also known as Bourneville's disease, is an autosomal dominant neurological skin syndrome. There are also sporadic cases, multiple organ development by the ectodermal tissue abnormalities, which may be the brain, skin, peripheral nerves , kidney and other organ involvement. The clinical features are facial sebaceous tumors, seizures and mental decline. The incidence is about 1/6000 live births, male to female ratio of 2: 1. Mygenostics is aimed to detect and analysis multiple subtypes of Tuberous sclerosis by hand in hand with clinical experts, combined with a new generation of high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics analysis, to provide reliable basis for early diagnosis of Tuberous sclerosis patients.
